STEM Education
We are helping nurture the next generation of scientific innovators, who will lead the way in defining tomorrow’s healthcare technologies. We partner with a number of organizations, including Northwestern University, Chicago Public Schools, and Illinois Science & Technology Institute to advance our Science@Work program. Science@Workpromotes health sciences through teacher training, hands-on projects, lab tours and more. Since the program’s inception a decade ago, Science@Work has reached 200,000+ students and about 2,600 teachers in more than 150 schools.
We also are a longtime sponsor of FIRST Robotics, which inspires young peoples' interests and participation in science, engineering and technology.
